Room was spacious and very modern. It contained 2 pushed together beds, a table and chair, and a clothing rack. There were several towels provided as well as shower gel/shampoo. The facilities felt very modern, almost futuristic and environmentally friendly. Water in the bathroom was safe to drink. To our surprise the staff left a handwritten note to welcome us to the hotel, alongside two Swiss chocolates. The foyer is very modern, and the check-in is done through the check-in machine, which makes it possible for guests to check-in overnight. There was a security guard walking the corridors at night which made us feel safer, who was able to facilitate our check-out process. Before our arrival the staff sent several messages letting us know how to get to the hotel, and trying to accommodate our requests. Overall the stay exceeded our expectations, we would definitely come back again.

The room was clean, comfortable, has a massive tv. You can buy a latte machiatto at reception for chf 5.5 if you don't have breakfast included. I needed a vase for my 8th of march flowers and the staff lent me one for the duration of our stay, on a rainy day they lent us an umbrella for the day. Its location is convenient for EPFL, UNIL and university dormitories. They also provide a free city transportation card. Thank you for the hospitality.
